Our "In Line Cooker" and freezing facilities mean that we can process raw materials such as meatballs, sausage or burgers, cook and IQF them with a total time "from raw to cooked IQF" of approx. 15 minutes.
At Glendale Foods, we can seal muscle meat, add a sauce, vacuum pack and cook in the steam cabinet for both individual portions and 2kg multi portion packs. This process retains a more flavoursome way of cooking and gives a more authentic dish.
The rotary oven adds baking and roasting to our capabilities whilst our various mixing and forming equipment enables us to process anything from meats to dumplings to stuffing balls.
